We really enjoyed our stay here

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean rooms, central location but still off the main drag, and a really nice outdoor seating area to chill out after a long day. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to call homebase while in Pokhara.

Good service and facilities

Back at this friendly and helpful hotel. Good rooms and some excellent service. As always a pleasure to be here . If you need a hotel close to Lakeside with good service and facilities this is a good place to go. Mannagement is helpful and the view from the top is special

The Lake Star hotel has great

The Lake Star hotel has great, very attentive and courteous staff. The rooms are ample and very clean. It is located just a couple minutes walk from the Fewa Lake and many of the attractions that Pokhara has to offer. If returning to Pokhara, I will stay at this hotel.

Excellent quality for affordable price

We started off our trek to the ABC camp from Pokara. We spent the first night at Hotel Lake Star before our adventure. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave some luggage behind with them.

Unfortunately, we had to cut our trek short because my husband got sick along the way. We returned to Pokhara because there is a hospital there. The staff at Lake Star continued to support us with genuine kindness. The clear vegetable soup, and the fresh fruit bowl with yogurt in the hotel restaurant hit the spot until our stomachs began to cooperate again. The hotel was very clean, and our room was tidied up daily. We were supplied with plenty of water upon request. Towels were changed daily.

The hotel is walking distance to the Fewa lake, and the “foot track”. There was shopping nearby, and one could easily access a rowboat to trek up to the Peace temple. For the price, Hotel Lake Star offers incredible quality. I highly recommend it.

This was simply the best hotel

This was simply the best hotel we had stayed in Nepal (stayed at Katmandu and other cities but service was very sub-part). With exceptional service, delectable food, I couldn’t have been more happier. Room has working A/C, hot water and coffee maker.

The front desk staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you out. We had a great experience with the massage services as well. This hotel location is super close to the Phewa lake within walking distance to the boardwalk. I want to give a big shout out and appreciate the restaurant staff. Their thali and food made us feel very homely. Perfect place to stay with family on vacation.

Would highly recommend it

We stayed here before and after our Annapurna Basecamp trek and would highly recommend it. Great location for Pokhara's sights and restaurants/shops. Comfortable rooms with a good shower and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very Nice. About a half mile from shopping area but on a nice quiet street. Food was very good in the restaurant and very good service. There was also a cafe to get coffee and soda other than mealtimes. The cafe had some outdoor seating as well. It was also nice that guests could sits outside and relax if they wanted.
